Handling & Delivery

We do not offer free delivery service. Transport charges are applicable to all orders, except under special arrangements. Please check with our office for rates.

If for any reason, your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. No claims will be recognised after this period. To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be in good condition and unused in any way at all so that we will be able to resell the products. We could not issue a refund if the goods returned in poor condition. We do not refund any shipping costs for any reason.

Our handling time per order is normally 72 hours. We will ship out the item within this time frame. If you require urgent delivery, please contact our office directly without hesitation.
